Cancellation and Refund Policy

Domus Optima Co. Ltd. is committed to providing the best possible services to our clients. If for any reason you are unhappy with the service that you were provided, please submit a Support Ticket in the Members Area of our website, or contact us either through the Online Contact Form or by e-mail at , and we will try to come up with a solution.

We understand that sometimes there may be certain circumstances in which you may wish to request a cancellation of your order. Please read the following Cancellation Policy carefully, as your right to cancel and receive a refund depends on the type of ordered from us service or product.

If you would like to request a cancellation, please visit your Members Area of our website, locate the service or product to be cancelled and press a corresponding “Cancel” or “Submit Ticket” button. If the referred buttons are not available for the service or product to be cancelled, please simply submit a Support Ticket in the Members Area of our website stating the service or product purchase details and a reason for your cancellation.

Where possible, refunds will be issued to the payment method used to make the purchase of the service or product. However, there may be some payment methods (e.g. gift certificates) for which this is not possible, or there may be other instances in which we are not able to credit your refund to your original payment method (e.g. expired accounts). If for any reason we are unable to issue the refund to your original payment method, the amount will be credited to you in the form of a store credit.

Any store credit issued is non-transferable, non-refundable, has no cash value, and may only be redeemed towards your future purchases of services or products on our website.

If you order, purchase or use our services/products you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Memberships


You may cancel your membership(s) at any time. Upon cancellation of a paid membership, we will issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of the membership.

Complimentary Auction Services


You may cancel ordered complimentary auction service at any time, if it is not specifically marked as FINAL SALE in its description.

There is an exception to the cancellation policy for the complimentary auction services:

  • In case of ordered Distressed Auction (Type D) complimentary listing service, cancellation is available when your cancellation request is received by us at any time prior to 11 a.m. of the auction date. After that time absolutely NO cancellation is possible due to the nature of the auction process. Please submit your support ticket via ORDERS or MEMBERS SUPPORT sections of  MY ACCOUNT panel to proceed with your cancellation request.

Paid Auction Services


Due to a specific nature of paid auction services, they are considered FINAL SALE once purchased and thus not eligible for a cancellation, refund, return or exchange. Any commission received for the rendered auction services is also non-refundable.

The following exceptions are applicable to the cancellation policy for the paid auction services:

  • In case of purchased Absolute Auction (Type A), Reserve Auction (Type R) or Sealed-Bid (Type S) listing service, cancellation is available when your cancellation request is received by us at any time prior to 11 a.m. of the auction date. After that time absolutely NO cancellation is possible due to the nature of the auction process. Such cancellation is subject to an Auction Listing Cancellation Fee.  The Auction Listing Fee is non-refundable. Please visit Cancel Auction Listing page to proceed with your cancellation request.

    Downloadable Products


    Due to a specific nature of downloadable products, they are considered FINAL SALE once purchased and thus not eligible for a cancellation, refund, return or exchange.

    Gift Certificates


    Due to a specific nature of gift certificates, they are considered FINAL SALE once purchased and thus not eligible for a cancellation, refund, return or exchange. Gift certificates have no cash value.

    Merchandise


    Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

    • The original receipt must be presented for all refunds or exchanges.
    • Merchandise must be returned intact, unused and in its original packaging.
    • All custom orders are considered FINAL SALE once purchased and thus not eligible for a cancellation, refund, return or exchange.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping costs (if any).
